There are mainly two levels of examination including three phases for this post which are as follows:
- Written Examination
- First Phase
- Second Phase
- Final Examination
- Computer Skill Test and Interview.

In the first phase, you have to attempt first paper examination which includes General Knowledge and Basic Official Skills Test. Total 50 questions are asked with 45 minute time frame.
In the second phase there are two subjectives papers which are as follows:
- Office Management: 12 Questions * 5 Mark Each=60 and 4 Questions* 10 Mark Each=40. Total Marks=100
- Job Knowledge Related Subject: 8 Questions * 5 Mark Each=40 and 6 Questions * 10 Mark Each=60. Total Marks=100
For the above two papers 2 hr 30 min time will be available.
