I have recently got a newly published Nayab Subba Third Paper Book which is written by Kushal Neupane in 2079, and I am going review the book at neutral perspective.

About The Author

Kushal Neupane is a section officer of Government of Nepal. He has got more than 8 years experience in Nepalese civil service. He has completed LLB, Bachelor in Business Studies, and Master in political science. He is also facilitating students through Loksewa preparation class in various institutes. He has already published 10 books (including Third Paper Book of Nayab Subba).

The book is based on the curriculam of Latest Nayab Subba Third Paper Syllabus (Nepal Administration and Nepal Parliament Service/General Administration Group). It has 384 pages in total expects preliminary pages.

As I have completely read this book, I found following strong and positive aspects within this book:

• Strictly Based on Nayab Subba Syllabus.

• Content is provided in bullet list which is very easy to read and understand.
• Every answers are started from catchy slogan and ended with beautiful conclusion.

• Old and possible questions are given with organized format.
• Updated data and content are used.
• Price is significantly cheap, only Rs. 645.

Although the books is far better for all students, there are some downsides of this book also, which are as follows:

• Since this is the first edition, minor typing error may be seen, but this is not big issue.
• Reading only this book may not be enough for competitive examination. (This downside is universal because Loksewa students accept the fact that only one book is not enough.)
